Invitation to the public: On Wednesday, December 6th, from 6-8PM at the Oregon Coliseum, twelve high school senior entrepreneurial teams will be presenting proposals in the hopes of attracting local investment dollars to get their micro-businesses off the ground during second semester.
All micro-business proposals must follow three criteria: 1) They must have a social benefit. 2) They must be entirely student created. 3) They must be operable on a low budget with a limited time frame (to keep their focus on academics).
We'd love to see you there -- maybe as a second-semester mentor for a student business, maybe as an interested investor, maybe just as a community member who can give valuable feedback.
If you'd like to learn more, I've attached a flyer. On it, you'll see the mission statements of all 12 teams that will help pique your curiosity... :)
Thanks for your support of this exciting new venture from Oregon High School!
