graphic celebrating a softball player’s achievement. The background is primarily dark blue with red and gray design elements, including diagonal patterns and stylized shapes. Large white and gold text on the left reads “100 K’s,” indicating 100 strikeouts. Below that, smaller text reads “Izzy Berg.” On the right side, a softball player stands smiling, wearing a white uniform with red accents and the word “Oregon” across the chest, along with the number 11. She is holding a yellow softball in one hand and wearing sunglasses. Red socks and tan cleats complete the uniform. A small eagle graphic appears near the top right. We are incredibly grateful to Woods Equipment Company for their generous $2,000 donation to the OJSHS Ag/Manufacturing Department! This contribution will go directly toward purchasing equipment that helps bring real-world, hands-on learning into our classrooms-giving students the opportunity to build practical skills that will serve them well beyond high school. Under the guidance of Mr. Seth McMillian, our students will put this equipment to work as they explore careers in agriculture and manufacturing. We are thankful for Woods' continued partnership and support of our students' futures. We look forward to many more opportunities to work together!

Graphic for Oregon Hawks Softball showing a 2nd place finish at the Orangeville Tournament. The design lists three game results, where red numbers indicate wins: Oregon Hawks won 6–4 against a team with a purple and gold Viking logo, won 5–4 against a team labeled “MP,” and lost 0–15 to a team represented by a red hawk logo. The title “2ND PLACE” appears prominently at the top, and “Orangeville Tournament” is written at the bottom in purple text.

Last week, there was an election held for the future officers of the National Honor Society. All 5 positions were filled by amazing students who put scholarship, leadership, service, and character first.
Candidates took any weeks preparing, give presentations, and trying to win over votes from their peers.

The election results go as follows:
Karley Jones - President
Lorelai Dannhorn - Vice President
Milagros Zavala - Secretary
Ethan Peeling - Treasurer
Addison Truitt - Historian

These wonderful students will serve their terms during the 2026-27 school year and plan to make the National Honor Society better than it ever has been.
