Girls' Soccer: Oregon and Freeport ended in a 1-1 tie tonight
Sophomore standout Izzy Berg has been nominated for Rockford Register Star Athlete of the Week after an absolutely dominant performance this weekend. Izzy was locked in at the plate, going 2-for-3 with an RBI and a walk.
Pitching wise, Izzy was nearly untouchable, racking up nine strikeouts in just over three innings and earning the win in a commanding 10-1 victory over Pearl City.

"The funds will help us purchase organizational materials, such as bins and storage bags, which would allow us to better care for and manage our existing equipment. In addition, this funding would enable us to introduce a new and engaging activity, 9 Square in the Air, into our curriculum. We will be able to purchase 4 of these units with this money. 2026 Summer work opportunities!

A little difference between March 2021 and March 2026!
Back in 2021, our ball diamonds were still covered with the white stuff ❄️. Fast forward to 2026, and the Maintenance Department is already getting the fields ready for baseball and softball games ⚾🥎.
We’re not sure what happened to winter this year, but we’re not complaining! The earlier we can get the fields ready, the sooner we can hear the crack of the bat and play ball.
Here’s to an early start to the season!

I always knew it took a lot of hands to host the number of events we do. I am grateful for all of you and if you helped in any capacity I am thankful for your support of our programs.
